Chief Executive Officer

Rose is our CEO and a qualified Youth worker. Rose joins us from Home-Start Wandsworth, a local charity supporting families with children under 5, where she has been leading a team of staff and volunteers through the pandemic.  Before this she was part of the leadership team and a Youth worker at Caxton Youth Organisation for six years. She has a wealth of experience in Youth and Community work and specialises in working with young people with learning disabilities.  

Rose is an enthusiastic leader, a Trustee in the youth sector and a community volunteer for the RSPB. Most importantly she is passionate about the work of Caxton Youth Organisation in supporting young people with learning disabilities towards independence and celebrating their achievements.

Head of Programmes

Eliane is Caxton’s Head of Programmes. She is running the Emotional and Social Wellbeing programme with City Bridge trust equipping people with the tools to improve their wellbeing.  Eliane is a qualified Youth Worker as well as supporting in other areas and overseeing Caxton’s social media, ensuring that it is as youth-led as possible. Senior Youth Worker

Floyd is the Senior Youth Worker at Caxton Youth Organisation. A qualified Youth Worker, his specialist areas are substance misuse education, and child protection. 

Floyd leads Caxton’s Health and Personal Care Programme, which supports young people to be healthy and to be able to make informed choices about their health.

Fundraising Manager

Craig started as Caxton’s Fundraising Manager in October 2021 and specialises in fundraising from charitable trusts and foundations. He is passionate about improving opportunities for young people and believes that youth-led spaces like Caxton are instrumental to building independence, nurturing community and enabling young people to fulfil their potential.

Youth Worker

Radhika is Caxton’s employability youth worker. She is studying MA in anthropology, community development and youth work. Her specialist areas are using sports and animal interventions to help young people reach their potential. She knows that life can be tough sometimes which is why she wanted to become a youth worker.

Finance and Facilities Officer

Jessie joined the Organisation in July 2018. Her role includes includes office work, supporting staff members with their work and anything else that needs doing to help the running of the Organisation.

Art Workshops

Jill is the Art and music workshop coordinator for Caxton Youth Organisation. For the last 12 years, she has been running weekly art and music workshops for the young people to help explore their artistic and musical skills. 

Jill has led Caxton to stage art exhibitions and shows of members work in venues including the Chelsea School of Art, Westminster City Hall and the Lord Mayors Parlour. Jill is a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and is a successful practicing artist and musician.

Youth Worker

Ilaria joined Caxton in March 2021 as part of her uni placement and has loved Caxton since her start. She is now part of our part-time team. Supporting young people at Caxton inspired her to research and advocate for young people’s independence and personal identity. She is particularly interested in promoting young people with disabilities’ rights through relationships with their friends and families, and she is determined (one day) to bring the youth club culture back to Italy, where she is from!

Youth Worker

Alex attended Caxton for over 4 years as a youth member; enjoying the chance to help younger members. She joined the staff team in September 2020 and is helping to lead a project called “Getting back on track.” In her spare time she enjoys sport, fitness and walking, sometimes walking and hiking over a hundred miles a week. She hopes to inspire and encourage young people to meet their fitness goals and become healthier.
