Our Full Time Youth Team
Chief Executive Officer
Rose is our CEO and a qualified Youth worker. Rose joins us from Home-Start Wandsworth, a local charity supporting families with children under 5, where she has been leading a team of staff and volunteers through the pandemic. Before this she was part of the leadership team and a Youth worker at Caxton Youth Organisation for six years. She has a wealth of experience in Youth and Community work and specialises in working with young people with learning disabilities.
Rose is an enthusiastic leader, a Trustee in the youth sector and a community volunteer for the RSPB. Most importantly she is passionate about the work of Caxton Youth Organisation in supporting young people with learning disabilities towards independence and celebrating their achievements.
Head of Programmes
Eliane is Caxton’s Head of Programmes. She is running the Emotional and Social Wellbeing programme with City Bridge trust equipping people with the tools to improve their wellbeing. Eliane is a qualified Youth Worker (MA) as well as supporting the youth work team in the delivery of the programmes and activities at Caxton. Eliane also runs Caxton’s social media, ensuring that it is as youth-led as possible. This helps to develop young people’s skills and leadership skills.
Senior Youth Worker
Floyd leads Caxton’s Health and Personal Care Programme, which supports young people to be healthy and to be able to make informed choices about their health.
Our Part Time Support
Finance and Facilities Officer
Ilaria joined Caxton in March 2021 as part of her uni placement and has loved Caxton since her start. She is now part of our part-time team. Supporting young people at Caxton inspired her to research and advocate for young people’s independence and personal identity. She is particularly interested in promoting young people with disabilities’ rights through relationships with their friends and families, and she is determined (one day) to bring the youth club culture back to Italy, where she is from!
