Our Full Time Youth Team

Rosemary Swainston
Chief Executive Officer
Rose is our CEO and a qualified Youth worker. Rose joins us from Home-Start Wandsworth, a local charity supporting families with children under 5, where she has been leading a team of staff and volunteers through the pandemic. Before this she was part of the leadership team and a Youth worker at Caxton Youth Organisation for six years. She has a wealth of experience in Youth and Community work and specialises in working with young people with learning disabilities.
Rose is an enthusiastic leader, a Trustee in the youth sector and a community volunteer for the RSPB. Most importantly she is passionate about the work of Caxton Youth Organisation in supporting young people with learning disabilities towards independence and celebrating their achievements.

Amy Rennie
Head of Programmes
Amy is Caxton’s Head of Programmes. She is running the Emotional and Social Wellbeing programme with City Bridge trust equipping people with the tools to improve their wellbeing. Amy has over 7 years experience working with people with learning disabilities; managing, designing, coordinating, and developing programs that support people with additional needs to reach their full potential and improve their mental, and emotional wellbeing. Amy is a recent Masters postgraduate specialising in community art, inclusion and social equality, and has many years of experience facilitating workshops in the arts, and mental wellbeing.

Floyd Hall
Senior Youth Worker
Floyd leads Caxton’s Health and Personal Care Programme, which supports young people to be healthy and to be able to make informed choices about their health.

Eliane Edmond
Youth Worker
Eliane is a qualified Youth Worker. Her specialist areas are Employability and developing Independence Skills. Eliane works on the Employability Programme, as well as supporting in other areas and overseeing Caxton’s social media, ensuring that it is as youth-led as possible. This helps to develop young people’s skills and learning.

Jill Bryson
Art Workshops
Jill has led Caxton to stage art exhibitions and shows of members work in venues including the Chelsea School of Art, Westminster City Hall and the Lord Mayors Parlour. Jill is a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and is a successful practicing artist and musician.
