Over May Half Term, our young people took part in a mix of activities both within and outside London. Here’s a snapshot of what we got up to:
- Explored medicinal and edible plants at the Chelsea Physic Garden – London’s oldest botanic garden
- Polished their bowling skills
- Ventured to Brighton to visit Sea Life (the world’s oldest aquarium!), enjoy the beach, and tuck into fish and chips
- Watched The Vanishing Elephant at the Southbank Centre, learning about friendship, belonging, and the challenges of displacement
- Caxton’s Changemakers travelled to Margate to learn about protest and social action at Turner Contemporary’s Resistance exhibition
