We are pleased to welcome Stewart Segal onto the Caxton team as our new Board Chair! He comes to us with extensive experience in the youth sector, and a passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential. His professional career has focused in the training sector, specialising in business development and funding, and he has held a number of CEO positions. He also has a background in HR, and general management. Stewart is also the Chair of Youth Employment UK, and is looking forward to holding both roles to further young people’s aspirations.
Stewart said ‘I am delighted to be joining the Caxton team at this very important time. In the time I have already spent with Caxton it is clear to see what fantastic support they can provide to young people. I hope to continue the great work done by the Trustees of Caxton and the previous Chair Kate Boddington. Creating more opportunities for young people is at the core of the mission for Caxton and I hope I can help the Board support and enhance the services to young people the team can provide.’
